ABOUT THE NSA
The National SugarArt Association was formed in 1995 by independent sugarcraft clubs to provide a way to cooperate with other clubs and share information on exhibitions, demonstrators, other club's activities, and to give help and advice if needed. There is also a group insurance policy for our members.

The pandemic provided us all with a new way to connect and have virtual meetings and demonstrations. We believe that going forward, many clubs will choose to have a mix of virtual and face to face meetings as the seasons dictate the weather with some clubs choosing to have virtual winter meetings.
Our Sugarcraft community was incredible at providing free tutorials and demonstrations online to help us all during Covid and these are still available to view. Please go to our Facebook page where you will find links to many of these wonderful online demonstrations and tutorials.

We have put together a list of demonstrators who can demonstrate to clubs remotely as many clubs are now holding regular meetings via zoom. This list of demonstrators has been sent to all our clubs and is continually updated.

The NSA was the subject of an lovely article in the D'licious magazine earlier this year. Please have a read ......

Ann Wilson
It is with great sadness that we have to advise you all that our wonderful Secretary, Ann Wilson, suffered a massive stroke last week and passed away on 19th July. You may have see the numerous posts on social media from many of the groups that Ann was involved with.
Ann’s wishes, which are being respected by her family, is not for a funeral, but for a private cremation.
Ann was a very special lady who gave unstinting of her time and talents. She will be greatly missed as a teacher, demonstrator, friend and valued member of the NSA committee.
Our thoughts are with her family at this difficult time. It seems hard to believe that she was giving a demonstration just over a week ago and is now no longer with us. The sugarcraft world has lost one of its best.
